1. Request a return shipping label within 30 days of purchase at support.vivomi.com. Reference original order number as Proof of Purchase.
2. Device and accessories must be returned undamaged and in good working order, less any used electrodes.
3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 business days of receipt of returned Device. We cannot refund the cost of the return shipping.
4. So we can better serve you in the future, please provide a reason for the return.
5. Once you have requested a return, you are eligible for a refund of the Device fee as long as the Device is received within (30) days from date you requested the return, and is undamaged and in good working order.
Once a Device is returned, Vivomi reserves right to refurbish Device for sale or to be sold as a replacement.
