Device Placement: Try placing the device on another area on your body. Check the ECG Quality reading on the Real Time ECG screen until you find the spot that is both comfortable and gives you a “Good” ECG signal.
Adhesives/Electrodes: Electrodes should be placed on clean, dry, lotion free skin. If you have worn the electrodes for more than 2 days, consider replacing them. Excess hair at the placement site may also have an impact.
Electrodes have a shelf life of approximately 6 months. After that time the quality of the signal may be diminished.
